We heard you asking for a Celebration Cake with a Pettigrew twist. Introducing our new Entremet Collection. Skillfully designed and exquisitely hand crafted by our wonderful award winning Patisserie team..

Using only the finest ingredients and presented in our custom made 'Pettigrew' box, this stunning dessert is designed as a unique centerpiece for your celebration, whatever it is you're celebrating. Perfect to share with 12-16 of your favourite people & ready to pipe with selected messages in English or Cymraeg.

CHOCOLATE & HAZELNUT 

Airy hazelnut mousse tops a light hazelnut sponge generously covered in a rich, smooth chocolate mousse, placed on a crisp chocolate praline crunch, coated with the finest dark chocolate and garnished with toasted hazelnuts, chocolate fans and our perfect Italian meringue.

BISCOFF & APPLE 

Rich caramalised Biscoff mousse complimented by naturally acidic Bramley apple compote, surrounds our sweet moist apple sponge, sitting on a crunchy Biscoff base finished with Biscoff glaze, roasted apple & plant-based Chantilly cream. Our Biscoff & Apple Entremet is a real crowd pleaser, suitable for anyone including those with a plant based diet.

LEMON & RASPBERRY

Refreshing lemon mousse coats a zingy raspberry gel and luxuriously smooth lemon curd all sitting on a buttery lemon and poppy seed sponge. Completed with a crunchy Breton biscuit base, white chocolate glaze and generously garnished with fresh raspberries white chocolate twirls and perfect Italian meringue.
